Since my computer desk is one of my favorite spots to take on nourishment, I too often find myself stuffing my face while reading posts on this board....

Mostly just coffee in the morning and milk at night along with some cookies that is. Very seldom eat at the keyboard though. It makes the keys stick.

at work, yea i eat lunch while surfing. at home, no food but plenty of beverage. if it's morning i'll be sipping a cup of Joe, in the evening it's a cold frosty one but sometimes it might be a glass of red, or when my leg was all screwed up it was Vodka and pain killers. i know i shouldn't have done that but at the same time my leg/back shouldn't have done that to me either.

I have a key board drawer that keeps my keyboard out of the danger zone when eating... I have a friend that has his computer on a table in the corner of his kitchen. That keyboard is the most disgusting thing I ever saw..... ...Food, coffee, pop, and cigarette ashes all mixed up all over the thing. I'm afraid to touch it....

I did the stirfry thing for Dep-Don and Dad when they were out Bounce. Had enough left over that I had it again for supper tonight ;D I think I'm going to try Venison stir fry one of these nights. For some reason that should be awsome or sounds that way to me. But after having 4 keyboards in the last 6 years I have learned my lesson. The one I have now is a wireless with a wireless mouse so I can lean back in my chair and put it in my lap and type without wires to worry about.

For some Venison I cook hot and fast to keep it tender and leave it rare in the middle. Still tender with a great flavor but with roasts I cook it slow and long. Keeps it VERY tender.

I make venison "Pepper Steak" all the time with venison all the time. I cut venison steaks in thin strips (1/8-3/16"), marinate the strips in a mixture of Soy Sauce, sesame oil, Rice Vinegar a little onion powder and black pepper. Start with peppers and onions, then throw in the steak....mmmm good... I just cook the venison long enough for it turn brown on the outside. Sometimes I add fresh mushrooms just before I throw the steak in.

Tonight I just finished a bowl of my home made Chilie, realy hit the spot after power warshing the kennel this afternoon. But it was my last bowl of frozen chilie so I will need to remeber to make a big pot of it later this week and freeze seveal more bowls as I realy like a bowl about once a week and freezeing it in old plastic butter bowls works perfict for one guy just stick it in the micowave under thawing meat for 3# or a little more and in 13 to 14 minits freash hot chilie!!
