Yea I'm off that night!!!!! BTW I found a "Grill Wok" @ K-Mart I think it could be fun!!! It looks like a Wok that's been shot full of holes my buddy uses one of those woks on his grill for veggies and such with great success, in fact i'm looking to get me one. ;D last night we had folks over for a swim/bbq party and had a real variety. did some beer can chicken, fried up the bluegill filets from sun's. catch and i had a few pheasant breast left from my trip up to donnies. i actualy took the breast and deboned the meat and cut into strips, breaded them and fried them for a minuet or two and they where great. i did those before i fried the bluegills.

So I bolled some up just now, I he said anything but bahlony i did not catch it. anyway it's homemade and the pakage is marked R B Ok my guess is the B is Bolagna But what the heck is R....Rabbit.... Racoon It an't Ribeye.... but is pretty good, very solid and allmost hard, tasty, no fat all meat of something ... Now just what would a driver of a Rendering works truck be feeding me? ??

We have regular mushrooms. You buy them in the store where you get your meat. ;D I don't really think there are much for mushrooms out here Dep-Don. Just a bit on the dry side. They would have to learn to walk to water each day to grow here. The other thing is, don't get the menu too complicated. We want to hunt not spend all day cooking. Odds are that if we get it too complicated we will end up gaining a crap load of weight on this hunting trip rather than looseing a bit from all the exercise. ;D
