The laws of averages say that if you shoot enough you will hit something sooner or later. ;D Guess what, its true. I still have a pair of backstraps left and those will be the next experiments. By the way, that venison when its cold is even better tasting. ;D So why arn't you having fish by the pond. Afread you won't catch enough to eat or something ;D

Well tuesday night was Greek food night at the bistro a friend of mine owns and that was pretty awsome. So last night I had to cook so I bought a rack of pork ribs and boiled them for 30 minutes to tenderize them and then used my special recipe barbacue sauce to girll those. ;D Bills Barbacue Sauce 1 can of Tomato paste/ any brand works. Dump the can into a mixing bowl. Add about 1/4 of a can of Balsamic vinigar and 1/4 of a can of Olive oil. I just use the same can that the tomato paste came in as it also washes out the rest of the tomato paste I then add about 1 cup of brown sugar. A teaspoon of Natures seasoning. 2 table spoons of steak blackening 2 table spoons of liquid smoke. Using tomato paste as a starter gives it the ability to stick to the pork ribs rather than running off. After mixing up the Bargacue sauce let it sit for a while so it can imulsify so the flavors all blend together. Is it good? ? Put it this way. My wife was still sitting there eating 20 minutes after I had finished and left the table. The ones she didn't eat got put away in the frig for her to eat another time.

No no frajita seasoning. I do like it a lot on some things but for some reason it didn't sound right on the Barbacued ribs. Didn't sound right on the Walleye either ;D But it does add a bit to the veggies I cook.

Speaking of veggies.......I still haven't found that basket for the grill. Does the store have another one? If so I'll send you the money and when you come thru next month you can drop it off. ( I assume on your way to see Donnie you'll come thru this way ) maybe I can meet ya in Creighton.

I'm going thru Creighton on the way to Souix Fall's MN and then on to Big Stone Minnisota and then from there to Baraboo and then on to Omaha. If the get anymore in the store I'll bring you one. But I bought the last ones they had and they haven't gotten any in as of yet.
