The bird Dressing Mashed sweet potato Green Bean casserole Pumpkin pie Apple cake
Unfortunatly no liver dumplings today...hopefully Christmas

Turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole,corn pudding, cranberry orange relish, dinner rolls. Pie for dessert.

Mom 97 was cooking for just her & I this year, Roast turkey breast, dressing, gravey, mashed potatoes, Sweetpotatos, Cranberry orange apple relish, Devilfood cake with strawberrys & whiped cream.

Well I just got back from a hot date tonight.
I had the lamb shank with mashed potatoes. My first time having lamb - it wasn't too baaaaad. (she didn't think that was funny either)

Boiled a chicken yesterday afdter work. Saved the water. Deboned added meat, veggies, and spices. Than reboiled added noodles and BAM!!! Homemade chicken noodlesoup. OH SO GOOOOD!!! Will be even better today...

After Thanksgiving, I often make turkey soup out of the bird carcass. Boil it, add some carrots, celery, barley or rice, and noodles. Excellent soup!

Had the Turkey now it's time for both Roast Beef & Ham, Much better than Turkey sandwitches through to new years Oster soup lol.

Made 10 lbs of my world famous deer salami for the Christmas guests. Havea couple of one lb rolls left soooo stop over Bounce. It might go good w/ your Amish bread hehehehehe........
