I refuse to go out to eat on mothers day!
Around here you can't get in a resturant till mid afternoon(around 3:00)! So we had the kids out and mamma did her famous fried chicken. Boneless pieces soaked in buttermilk, daughter is allergic to eggs. To top it off my baby girl turned 38 yestrday.
I'll take her out another day when things are not so busy.

Made a simple one last night for a pound of deer burger that taste great and last for me days. Just cut up one onion to your likeing & put it in a cast iron skillit on medum then the pound of deer burger and seasion to your likeing, then add 2 cans of WOLF brand chili no beans. when done just fill a hamberger bun with it and top it off with a shredded blend of colby & montery jack cheeses. Refrigerate the rest and when you want a good sandwitch just fill a bun with it & the cheese and put it in the microwave for a minnite +

Taste alot better than most sloppy joes and not as sloppy quite. It's realy an easy meal that taste much better than most easy meals. One of theis times I'm going to throw in a can of hole corn and see how that works with it?

Had a van from Omaha pull in this evening selling Steaks for $3 a steak but you had to buy a box of sixty steaks of every type of grilling steak for $180 bucks. Probibly not an bad deal deliverd to your door but not as good as it sounds either. Me I had bought for the day birds, feed, gas, smokes, and a big sheet of steel, he was just out of luck at my house lol.
