No that's isn't my Pirate imitation, I am busy sewing moccasins and I HATE sewing, esecialy leather that you can't see the awl hoes in. So I needed a sample right away so i sewed up ONE right hand moccasin and put it out for a fellow to look at as he wanted my patterns. Then i went back to work and sewed up another.... right hand moc as I forgot to flip the blank before I cut out the foot hole. Know anyone with TWO right feet? I would cheerfully buy my mocs if I could find someone making Sioux style side seams at a decent price but if I sew my own they only run me about $10 for the leather and Oh say a hundred dollars in labor and frustration.
My right thumb is ready to fall off from holes and wear and tear and my eyes are crossed from trying to see little holes in rough out leather.
But when i am done I will have a matching set of mocs and bag both in colostomy brown. I'm a mountain man and I'm OK....
