Who makes a good electronic powder scales for a decent price? I found a lot of different brands on e bay for around $20 to $40 but they all looked very cheap. I would spend up to $100 if I knew it was going to be accurate.

I have been using the old school 5-0-5 and have two. If you get one make wure it has the ac adapter and not just batteries. Freind had one put it away for a year and the batteries leaked and messed it up/
RCBS makes one that despenses and weigh's each charge it is neat. When i see it i will find out what the name was on it.

I use the RCBS Chargemaster myself. Their fast and accurate. Yup they have got expensive. I do a lot of high volume reloading and their great for that but if I was only going to do a couple boxes at a time I would buy one of the cheaper scales without the powder measure. There are a number of company's making just an electronic scale. Some of them look cheap but they work good as all their doing is weighing the powder and it does not take much to do that. RCBS makes a cheaper scale only and it works great but then so do all the other company's that make reloading tools.
