I don't really like my glock but since it had only 13 rounds run in it and the price was 350 dollars with nice leather shoulder holster and 400 rounds of ammo I got it. Figured I could not go wrong at that price. I still have not shot it and had it over a year now. I put it in my bug out stuff with the 400 rounds of ammo. I have been thinking of using it as trade bait to my cousin.
I figured that for a SHTF handgun it would be ok. I still want to shoot it first but just never seemed to be pressing when I had the time. 13 rounds of 45 and 3 clips is a lot of ammo avaiable fairly quick. If it had been a 45 GAP I would not have purchased it. heck the 400 rounds of ammo is almost worth the pistol price now.

...heck the 400 rounds of ammo is almost worth the pistol price now. Boy you are right about that! I went to the gunshop last week to check on the price of 230 gr. cast lead bullets. I almost had heart failure when I saw the price was $55 for a box of 500. I checked my records and the last time I had bought these same bullets - late last year - they were $24.95. The price has more than doubled in less than a year. Other loading components are nearly as bad, when you can find them at all!!!
