Come on jim, I'm expecting to hear you have a silluett range in your liveing room any time hear? I have the chicken, pig, turkey, ram steel targets for mine that they sell for BB guns. 5,10,15, and 20 ft are a lot easyer to set up than walking 540 yds to set up a big Ram.

Well darn, maybe you will get another chance one day as now the only 3 I have ever knowen of were origanly came out of MO. maybe parlor guns were popular their once? I can see how they may have intertained many a would be buffalo hunters at the watering hole.

Bounces had fairly good bores and after a little work they were up and shooting and they ARE a hoot to shoot. If the bore is bad don't despair as relining thses is easy and with a 22 caliber pellet and a percussion cap they will be perfect for indoor target work. They were still listed as late as the 1920's in Germany and over there they had shooting matches in the bars!

I've seen quite a few of those parlor rifles, but not ML's. All the ones I've seen were breechloading single shots that took what we call today a CB cap. As I recall, a lot of those rifles were made in Belgium.
