There are alot of dog lovers on here so.......... describe if you would just what would your "dream hunting dog" be and how would you use it. Would it be a multi-task dog, or a single task dog? A inside w/ ya @ night dog, or a outside kennel dog ? This is your dream dog so don't hold nothing back.........Well Red;......... keep it clean. DD

One that will go in holes inthe ground , in trees, old buildings. threw water and has a great tracking nose as well as sight. climb most any thing to most any hight. And I have all this, but wish I could be smarter and out think him, this I do not have!!...smiles...

Mine would be a single task dog- upland birds, specifically ruffed grouse and woodcock. Dog would be an English Setter female. Inside dog, no question.

I am a GSP guy. I'll take the dog I have... and make him a little better at grouse.
What I really want is a place to USE him.

As soon as I saw the "dream dog" title. I immediatly thought of this female dog with no teeth and a tongue a foot and half long. But I have to keep it clean... (oops, that could be taken many ways too)
I'm going to say a inside hound that doesn't stink or bark OR a lab that has a 2 foot tail but won't knock down stuff!!!!
