Most of my reloading is with neck sizing dies, usually Redding or Wilson knockout dies. Both are very good dies, but they do nothing for a shoulder that needs to be bumped back. I can use Redding body dies which bump the shoulder back, but then I'm no longer neck sizing since they are full length dies. The saving grace is they contain no expander ball. Someone mentioned to me that Hornady now has a neck die that will bump the shoulders back. This is a new one on me. Anyone know anything about this die or know of a way to bump the shoulder and still neck size. I don't care for partial sizing by backing off on a full length sizing die. Any suggestions?
