Yeah small game is kind slow on this site. I think most of the members are interested in target shooting and general firearms.
The temp got up in the 50-60's this week and I heard some bird chirps. I also saw a few squirrels running around - seems like they don't like the cold either.
I told my boss last week that I wanted the 4th sat of may off work. She didn't want to give it to me because it was memorial day weekend. Then she gave in when I said "I didn't know that was memorial weekend. I just wanted to go out and blast squirrel that day" ;D ;D ;D

Well now ya could'nt tell that from where I'm sitting Ice storm went through here yesterday and turned to snow late yesterday afternoon. My neighborhood looks like a war zone, with all the trees down. I spent a weeks vacation last summer tirmming up my trees so only had a few limbs down. But the town is a wreck. We never lost power, but my family is in Newton (folks and 3 brothers)10 miles east and they have not had power since 1 pm yesterday. The resident Geese are going nuts trying to find a place to roost? ;D

Come on Bounce. We know why you're thinking of spring. That is the time when a man's fancy , especially a single man, turns to courtship. .. It won't just be those robin's that are looking to "hook up" around your place this week... ;D ;D
