Give us all an idea of how your turkey gun shoots with your turkey load for everyone to compare.
I just shot at 3 1/2in 2oz at 45 yards. I have a chart that says there was approx 450 pellets in it.
I had a total of 177 hits on a paper grocery bag (12x17) So only 40% of the pellets hit the bag. Of the hits, 85 of them hit a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. I made a fist and placed my fist and forarm on the paper simulating a turkey head and neck 30 rounds hit that mock turkey at 45 yards.

Thanks, but I've got several sheets of cardboard I could use if I want to really pattern it. And I have done so in the past at that distance and it seems to fill a 4'x4' or 5'x5' if I remember right. I've got a glowsite that only has three windage adjustments on it. I've it all the way over and it still shoots slightly to the right, but not enough that I would actually aim to the left.
I honestly have no idea what kind of choke it is lol I think it's a HS strut x-full choke made for an 870. I don't know the constriction measurements (I don't think it came with the dimensions) but I know it's NOT a tight turkey choke by modern turkey choke standards. It's about the same as my hastings full...which is honestly not much different than my remchoke mod.
But I am throwing a LOT of lead regardless of chokes.
