That's what my old shop in the garage was like. Bill and I made guns with a post vise and a post drill and forged sights on a pot forge. I once spent all winter making a 40 flinter all by hand with NO machine work. The only thing I didn't do was rifle the barrel as i didn't have enough room for a rifle set up. The last pistol I made was even made from a chunk of Bill's old tree, we cut it out and I saved the root sections, dried them and cut them into pistol stocks. Bill has a flint pistol from that tree too.
