DD, I don't have a small bore ML yet. I'm thinkin I need one. can't decide though. .32, .36, .40 flint or percussion, or maybe a shotgun, 12 bore so I could also use it for waterfowl or smaller? Of course the rifle would be nice cause it would keep me in practice till I get the .58 out for deer! Then there's the matter of full stock or half stock. I'm kinda leanin toward full stock. Man this is gettin to be a serious decision!

That's one thing I never got around to doin' while I could still get around the woods to find small game... I had my hands on a T/C Seneca in 36 caliber when they still made them, and instead found a 22-250 that I just "had" to have. Wish I'd bought that Seneca. My last years of squirrel and turkey huntin' found me carrying a handgun, since I didn't really want to clean anything, but it would have been more fun to make some smoke while missin' them squirrels.... ;D
