We finally got to go groundhog hunting this past Sunday. It wasn't raining, the grass had just been cut for hay, and THERE WERE NO CATTLE. We sat out there all afternoon and didn't see squat! What a bummer!

Too bad! But, that's how it goes sometimes.

We went again yesterday afternoon and didn't see a thing - frustrating!

Too bad. Sounds like you need to scout out some new territory.

Too bad. Sounds like you need to scout out some new territory. You're right of course, but there aren't that many places we can go. We've lost out on so many.

I understand. I ran into the same thing when I lived in western NY and was hunting woodchucks. Got so I had to drive 2 hours to find fields I could hunt.
