Thursday March 10 is the day that NFL teams can sign players that are free agents. That is, players whose contracts with their previous team have run out, and players that have been released by other teams. A lot of players are moving to new teams, and more will in the next few days. Free agency has become a method of building a team, just like the draft has always been. Keep a watch on your favorite team next week - the gains and losses during free agency can be significant.

I saw on FB where Houston traded the QB Brock Osweiler to Cleveland. Like Cleveland really needs another bad QB. They must have a death wish.

Nope, actually, Cleveland got a 2nd round draft choice in addition to Osweiler. They are trying to trade Osweiler right now. Osweiler has a huge contract, but Cleveland has a ton of space under the salary cap, so they could afford to get Osweiler to get the extra draft choice. Wouldn't be surprised if Cleveland ends up cutting Osweiler - I don't see too many teams wanting him with a huge salary attached.
