Long time not see you guys, how are you doing!? Did I tell you that Ernie & I will shoot the US F-Class Nationals / World in Raton-NM, next August? We will build two "identical" (switch barrels & calibers) F-Class rifles, btw. We will use .284 Win & .308. Ernie will shoot the F-Open (22 lbs max, with .284win), I will shoot the F-T/R (18 lbs 2 oz max inclusive bipod, with .308) myself. Ernie says "not many people that ever seen me shoot F-Class". ;D But I'm sure he will love it! His first time F-Class match will be the Nationals / World! Man, I'm proud with him! What a way to start with F-Class shoot! E will use his "E-MAX" rest for the F/O. I will use my new (joystick controlled) bipod for the F/TR. This is my new bipod (called the "JOY-pod"), which will be released soon....testing (shot my .308 off of) the second model bipod... www.youtube.com/watch?v=MfStJNwc5t8Unfortunately I did forget to bring my own rear bag, earmuff etc at that time. I had to struggle with the rear "bag". Will make a better video once I have finished the prototypes, and of course I'll use my rear bag! This bipod is intended for F-Class shoot. Yes, it's "quite huge" & has 19 inches "footprint" but it only weighs approx 1.3 lbs. Btw, my (joystick controlled) bipod is the first & only one in the world, patent pending. seb.

I have a joy stick but my wife is the only one who gets to play with it any more. Needless to say it does not see the use it used to since we have been married over 15 years.
I am intrested in seeing more of you joy-pod when you get another video. looks very interesting.
Good to hear from you again SEB,

Yes sir, the joystick is for adjusting the point of aim. It's similar with squeezing rear bag when is used with a conventional front rest or conventional bipod - but the joystick offers more stable setup, more comfort & quicker to adjust. It's about the same with coaxial/joystick front rest. The joystick can be used either "up for up" (moving the joystick up will move the p.o.i upward, right to right, left for left, or diagonally in one motion only) - or in reverse motion (up for down, right for left, or diagonally) - depend on shooter's preference - simply by reversing the bipod.....seb.

And it's just as stable as squeezing the rear bag I assume. Sounds like a good idea. When will you be selling them in the States and how much?

I didn't establish the price yet but it could be around $ 400 (+/-) in the USA. Yes it's "very expensive" compared to low-end bipods in the market, but if you see a few others which are designed for F-Class match (which cost over $500 & non joystick controlled)- my bipod is not expensive at all. My rests are considered as "the best" in the world by many, so this will be a hot seller & very sought after just like my NEO & MAX rests - maybe even "hotter" I predict. The one shown in the video is specially designed for F-Class match, with lightweight, stable platform, robust, & comfort to use in mind. I still have other model to be used for tactical / military / police/ sniper match & varmint shooting, which will be more compact & handy. I have some prototypes in the work to be sent (before mid April) to some of the best F-Class shooters in the world for evaluation & feedback & possible improvements. Once the bipod is "perfect" already I will soon start the production - I do hope before September 2013. Ernie & I have already had people in the waiting list even before I start the production so a run of 100 or 150 units wouldn't last long. Problem is, I only have two arms....even if I have, say 15 machinists to help me (currently have 7) - the final installation & "tuning" must be done by myself. I am considering a full time job recently....? seb.
