I scored it at 132 green. I am FAR from knowing what I am doing though.
Less than 2 points in deductions by my untrained eye though.

He was 21 1/2" inside spread. The tines are a little short, and the mass is not jaw dropping. But I sure like him... and he looks great over the piano.

That is one fine 8 pointer. Public land Indiana buck., Fair chase, no food plots, and If I remember correct shot off the ground not in a stand or ground blind. The workmanship looks wonderfull also.
I just get the skull capped and put them with the others. I think I have a very good pile started. Maybe I will do the Euro mount if I ever get a real brusier.
Heck last year I made the mistake of telling the butcher to give me the backstraps whole and the rest in summer sausage. I think i ened up with 35 (2 1/2 pound each) sticks of summer sausage and a 330 dollar butcher bill. The difference in eidable meat with a 190 pound deer and a 120 doe is unquestionable. This year I am sticking with the backstraps cut and burger 3 times ground. Might even do it myself. I don't need a bill before christmas like that again.
Speaking of piano's How about and old joke:
What's better than a rose on your piano....tulips on your organ. Baaadaaa bbing..

Yep. Public land. No food plots. On the ground. No blind, just slipping quietly thru the woods following my instincts. I heard this guy coming toward me grunting like a hog. He had a doe with him too, and after I dropped him, I passed on her. I already had a difficult drag. I had him processed as it was 70F out. whole loins, and all ground. I got like 90 LBS of ground meat from him. and a big processing bill. We had a HECK of a pile of antlers... but someone broke into the cabin and sole a LOT of them. It really pisses us off too. I passed on a buck at LEAST this nice later in the same day. 1 buck only... >: Man... that was tough. Jabba
