My first batch of the year of lunch-meat is resting in the icebox. In the morning I'll stuff it in 1 1/2" casings and bake @ 170 degrees for 8 hours. OHhhhhh SOoooo GOOD !!!!!!

The amish made me some deerlonie a few years ago and man was that ever good. I am lucky to do good batches of jerky..
