Well, it's over for another year

All in all not a bad year but not one of my best. We had a few days with no birds and a few days where we weren't picked in the lottery to hunt. However, I got enough birds to make a few pounds of goose jerky and a meal or two of goose chili.

I did have a lot of fun doing it and that's what it's all about for me.

I think I only got 2 mallards this year too. It wasn't a real good duck season for me.
