Since we seem to be on the Nessmuck subject this week. To tell on myself it was this knife that made me aware of Nessmuck. I started researching Nessmuck after seeing this one. I expected to find it was used by Eskimo's(not predjudice, Nelson Eddy Mathielson was a high school buddy and his father is Eskimo) for processing Whale Blubber? ;D Not the case at all!!His knife is just as practical and useful in the field as it ever was. And is a popular style in the custom field as well. Here is a nice one. 10 1/4" overall, 4 7/8" blade 3/16 thick at the top in W2 Steel, Clay hardened with a distinct hamon line and Birdeye maple handle.
