I got a 100 lb. capacity propane smoker. So far it's made some excellant eats!!! Everyone got any favorite recipes for smoked food they want to share ?

I'll try to get Jo to write down her Dry Rub Recipe. She's one of those who makes things up as she goes along and never uses a recipe. I know she said she cheats on the dry Rub and uses a bottle of Cookies Flavor Enhancer and adds whatever she wants to it. I know she adds Brown sugar and spices (Chile Powder etc). I will say whatever she does is really good on Ribs, Brisket etc.
My smoker is big enough I only fire it up a few times a year.
