In responding to Rosie's question about Budding Pastrami it occurred that I had not shared Jo's Shrimpball recipe. Which I have in the computer here at work since it has been asked for so many times after potlucks here at work. This stuff is great!! Incidently if you don't care for Shrimp or are allergic to shellfish, just substitute your favorite deli meat.
Shrimp Ball
2 8 oz pks. cream cheese 3tsp lemon juice 3 tsp yellow prepared mustard 4 tsp finely grated fresh onions (instant won’t work) dash of Louisiana hot sauce 1 can tiny shrimp (drained) put everything but shrimp in bowl and mix thoroughly (Then add shrimp mixed lightly)
