Some employers want you to pick your vacation weeks early on in the year.
If that's the case with you - and you want to make the trip - let us know when you must pick your dates.

Otherwise, we can probably stretch this out and finalize plans at the end of Feb or beginning of March (again, unless someone needs to pick their dates earlier)
