I have a friend who went on a once in a lifetime Elk hunt and killed a dandy 8x7 bull. Then he spent big bucks getting it mounted. He had a catherdral ceiling in his living room, but even at that the damn thing hung halfway out into the room. R eally didn't look right at all, hanging out over you if you sat on his couch. It is in a sporting goods store, on loan, gathering dust....

Up until 10 years or so ago, houses were built with pretty small living/family rooms. Yes catherdal ceilings will at least make mounting an elk at least possible. We are seeing a "great room" becoming very popular in new houses both big and small. The living room/family room would be the biggest room in the house with at least 1 wall going up 2 stories. It's kinda built like a lodge. I think an elk would look alright in this type of house but you really have only one place to put it and you can only have 1

not only am i useing them, but the need for it against pain isn't there much more, so it's sort of a little vacation i go on each day. to be honest once in the morning, and depending on therapy, maybe late in the evening. after this week i'm hoping none. the thing is though i still can't take anti-inflamatory's (advil, alieve) so i am only limited to tylanol (sp?)
