I got my fuel filter, air filter, and oil changed yesterday and I'm going to be putting 400 miles on the truck in the next couple days camping. Anyway, I putting the oil in and the funnel slipped and oil went all over the place --- right into the front spark plugs. So I'm hoping everything will stay normal

Red:
That shouldn't really hurt anything and, if it was going to, you would probably have noticed it immediately. Most vehicles, when the get a little older, have a greazy film on the plug wires and on the exposed part of the plugs anyway. As long as it doesn't get inside the cap of the plug wires, it shouldn't be a problem. If you're worried about it, get a can of Gunk (or some other degreaser) and carefully spray it on the impacted area to remove the film.

Hell just start it up and run it. Its going to smell like burning oil for a while but then you know that so no problem. ;D Keep the windows down.

Wipe it up the best you can so sludge does not build up. My truck blew a head gasket and has a cracked head(not related to oil spill). but had so much sludge built up around two plugs I could not get them out till I had the head out on a bench and could pick out the sludge so a socket would fit.
Otherwise as was mentioned it will burn off.

It's ok I guess
I wiped it off the best I could. I noticed the first couple of times it started, it needed a couple cranks. But it's working alright now.
