The only thing that I might change, if your webmaster can do it, is to be able to "click" on the pictures and see a bigger view. Not a criticism, the site is really great looking, just a thought. It might let someone look at a little more detail on your products. After all, they are worth showing off... ;D I would like to be able to see those customized rests and guns a little better too... ;D

Thanks genlemen. Yes, i tend to think that the photos are just temporary ones. I would take better pics after this second run is finished. I didn't have better pics at that time. Actually the photos in the gallery were designed to be enlarged before. Sure i would like peoples can see the details of my products. But the size of the file made sending the file to the web hosting very long time. (Because of the "ASP" thing, i must send the file one by one, or max 3 files at a time).
Scott, i like "critisms". I personally think that i better to also have critisms rather than just have compliments only. Without critism i cannot progress. With the critisms/inputs, i can improve my products etc to be finer. I want my products to be the FINEST one. (btw, i've made some improvements on this second run productions, and it is even better now).
Thanks Jim, looking forward to doing bussiness with you.

Hey guys, my rest is listed on the 6br.com - here it is www.6mmbr.com/brschool.htmlThe owner also won the smallest group at the day. (It's just a pity that he didn't win the aggregate). I found my rest is getting so popular now. I got more than 50 orders from all around the world recently. Don't kow how i can handle the works later..? seb.

Way to go Sebastian. Looks like you are going to have to start traveling more often to promote your products... When is your next trip to the states?

Thanks gentlemen.
When?...I'm not sure at this time, Scott. But i hope the next Super Shoot 2007. I believe i cannot go to the Super Shoot this year (this May 2006). Too rush i think, although it should be "the best time" for me to go & see how my products work...(sad). Btw, my front rests & bags would also be used by several good shooters, there. There will be WBC-9 in 2007, but it's in Germany. I personally prefer the Super Shoot, if i must choose between the two. Maybe i just can go to the Aussie this year. But i still don't know at this time...seb.
PS: When the next PS (Precision Shooting) magazine will be distributed in the States? To my understanding, this mag is a three monthly mag, right?

Well Seb, if you get too many orders that you can't keep up with you have to do one of three things 1. Backorder them (not a good idea b/c you'll never get caught up) 2. Buy new equiptment that could somehow speed up the process (may not be an option, I don't know) 3. Raise the price
PS what did you do about that email I replied to a couple weeks ago? Never heard back from you and just curouis...give me a email.

Hey Red,
I am not really sure what back order means...i read it for many times, but not clear enough what it is?
New equipments are not money wise. CNC equipments are VERY expensive, btw. (they cost tenth thousands $). I just got about 60-70$ profit per rest.
Raising the price...maybe. But i would like to make the price as low as possible. Not because it would be more competitive or so (it is now), but it was my CONCERN from the beginning.
Sorry Red...too many emails/PMs recently. I can't handle all properly. But it's no problem. He's very satisfied with my rest (confirmed), he was just mad with the shipment since the box was damaged. I think it should be at/from the airport. Rough handling thing.
Thanks so much...seb.

Sebastian, a 'back order' is an order you would recieve, but you don't have the product ready to ship. You might tell the customer: " I have received your order, but the pedestal is on back order. We will have more pedestals in 10 days, and I will ship it to you then." Translation: "I don't have any pedestals made and waiting to be shipped at this time. It will take me 10 days to have one built for you." I hope that helps.

Ok, now i know what back order really means. Thanks, Jack.
Btw, I said to my newer customers that their order will be proceed in the next (third) run. Also giving them the estimated delivery time, or let them know when i can finish the stuffs. As i know, they don't mind to wait for 3 months.
