My menu is done. I'm curing out a batch of Salomi, and have smoked cheese to go w/ it on crackers for the hors de vores. Homemade Runza's for the main meal. And Boston Creme pie for the fouth quarter...

If I go over to someone's house I'll bring a stick of deer sausage. I'm sure the chili cheese dip and little smokies will be the "main course"
If I stay home and watch the game, I'll stick to my favorite snack food --- a whole bag of pretzels

My Super Bowl food regimen is pretty simple. Tonight I'm making a big batch of venison chili, which I'll pig out on just before the game starts.

Steamed Shrimp and Alaska Crab legs in my favorite home made steamer broth. I wish I had some steamers also but the store was out.
