Red and Black Bean Venison Chili Serves: 8 normal people, about 4 my size 1 lb ground venison 2 Tablespoon chili powder 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 each diced: red, green, yellow pepper 1 Tablespoon honey 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper 2 large Tomatoes 1 cup frozen corn 3 cups each, cooked: red beans and black beans Cook meat in large cast iron Dutch oven - low heat - until no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients except cilantro Simmer gently, partially covered and stirring frequently, 40 to 45 minutes (I add Louisiana Hot sauce to taste, but that is just me.) Add cilantro at serving time.
