When I was in Missouri a friend came over when we were grilling Deer steaks and we were also drinking Bud's. He sliced potatoes about 1/2 inch thick and sliced onions about 1/4 inch thick. He added butter and garlic. It was great. slice potato slice onion add butter garlic powder or cloves Put onion slices between potato slices, put butter between all slices. Put baked cloves in between potato slcies or sprinkle with garlic powder. Throw on grill, wrapped in aluminum. Drink beer until done. Oh yes don't forget the Deer steaks.
