I thawed a couple of antelope staeks. Covered them with mushrooms, terriaki, black pepper, and garlic. Let them set for about three hours. Cooked them Medium rare.
Guess I will continue to put in for goats on the prairie tags. They were great!

Too bad you don't have a vacume packer. You put all that in the plastic and vacume pack it and it takes minutes rather than hrs to make it taste that way. ;D

I now it is a bitch. Now I have nothing to do but drink beer and read gun magazines until they are cooked.
