OK, except for the Monday night game- Green Bay at Carolina- week 4 in the NFL is over. Any impressions? comments? complaints? Before the season, many predicted the AFC East as one of the toughest divisions, and the NFC East as one of the weaker ones. So far, looks like the opposite is true. At least partly due to critical injuries (the Jets have lost their #1 AND #2 QB's. San Diego continues to look tough with a terrific ground game. Atlanta and Tampa Bay also look good. So does Cincinnatti. New England seems to have dropped a bit, at least so far. Indianapolis has found it's offense, and Indy's defense is still playing well- they are a team to watch, I think. PBR, I was thinking of you when I watched the NY Giants- St Louis Rams game yesterday ;D Mike Martz was up to his usual "throw all the time" tactics, and made another dumb play call....but the story of the game was Eli Manning, QB of the NY Giants. Marc Bulger (Rams qb) threw 60 passes in the game, and racked up some gaudy stats. Eli Manning threw 4 touchdown passes and no interceptions as the Giants won decisively ;D
