jimh told me about this place, blame him for anything I do ;D. I've been around firearms all my life, shot competitivelyfor about 20 years (IPSC pistol) and worked in a gunshop for awhile, too. Right now I'm seriously wrapped up in prairie dog shooting, a disease I aquired in '98, I still haven't developed an immunity for it, or even resistance, and I'm not looking for a cure, either. I deer hunt in Missouri, mostly to visit family living there, but the deer hunting's pretty good, too. I've been dinking around with varmint rifles and calibers, specifically the .223 and .204 lately ( I moderate some on http://www..204ruger.com) so if anyone has questions I can help with, just ask away. I'm working a lot with the .221 Fireball, too. That's about it.

Hello there from St. Louis It's good to have another local boy. Are you originally from Missouri? I've heard good things about Kentuky deer hunting, but you can't go wrong with missouri...except the price tag Welcome

Glen glad you took a look here. i have been known to try to stir the pot a bit but mostly to get a rise out of PBR which is as hard as catching sunfish out of a well stocked pond.

PBR, I grew up in Chariton County, near Marceline. I still have a lot of family up there, and try to get back up there every chance I get. Great people, great countryside, too. Heck, I didn't even know rednecks COULD BE purebred, is that from keeping it in the family? Cal, I've seen your posts scattered from here to eternity, and never once disagreed with anything you posted. I always thought you had the best manners of anyone I've seen on the 'Net, thanks for the welcome! The rest of you guys seem awful nice, too! jimh and I hang out at MWT, and have some fun there, too.

I'm working a lot with the .221 Fireball, too. That's about it. I had a friend who once had a custom built .221 Fireball I always wanted the gun but it got away when I wasn't looking. Anyways greetings from Northeast Nebraska Looks like you'll fit right in !! Have fun stop by often. ;D
