So what is a custom flintlock with decent lockwork, barrel (octagon), sights (sorry no sights with horns on its sides), stock (full length curly Maple) etc. going to cost? If a fellow - me - would like it to be either a 50 or a 54 and would only plan on shooting round balls at targets and sometimes deer, how much would it weigh? I am not sure about finish on the metal, blueing sounds so not-right. A set trigger would be nice. A patch box would be needed. Anything else?

Seeing as how Two Moons is still the business I would contact him and see about having him build you one. Can't find anything better than the ones he builds nor more accurate. Just my $.02 worth.
