I make ribs fast and eat them like a dog. They'll be so tough I start shaking my head all around trying to rip a piece off ;D That is one way I don't like 'em...tough... Life is too short to spend all that time chewing a tough piece of meat... ;D

Hey, I don't have all day !!! Red you're missing the whole point of "Slow Cooking". to be done right you need to take your time. now during that time you realy don't do a thing but supervise (see drink). folks think you worked real hard but in reality all you did was drink. now i say that but there is a bit of homework to be done the first few times. once you have you system figured out it really is nothing but getting the pit set up right, handle your meat properly (you should be good at that) and sit back and drink. every once and a while scurry about like you really are heading off disaster and set back and reap the rewards. ;D

Well sometimes you want to take frozen meat, bbq and eat within 1 1/2 hours (that's 1&4/8 hours for some of you who feel it nessisary to make fun of others in prevouis threads). Do I even want to mention about defrosting meat in the microwave to you guys ;D

All of the above (excepting Red's method). Dry rubbed and boiled till tender then slow cooked on the grill and slathered in sauce. Serve with Baked Beans and a tart chunky coleslaw( can't stand syrupy sweet cole slaw ran through a blender).

Red, you kill me. ;D ;D You and my wife would get along fine in the cooking dept. Course the both of you might starve to death unless you eat only hamburgers. She does make a great hamburger. Just keep the ribs away from her. They get microwaved, boiled, and then burnt. You need a good set of chompers to handle that meal.
