My mistake. I thought the marlins was fully adjustable as well.

Sorry guys. I just reread my post and can't believe I said the Marlin 57 was a bolt action. It isn't. It's a lever action, but does have the benchrest type forend & 24" barrel. That's what made it so interesting in addition to its accuracy. You don't often see that configuration on a lever action rifle. The front sight was also hooded. It appears Marlin really put some effort into producing this one. It's unfortunate it's been discontinued. Best wishes.
